
Facilitators and coaches of entrepreneurs must routinely challenge them to develop strategies that will work to grow their business. Coaches and facilitators must force the innovator to view their strategy from a lens of adoption, traction, or scaling. Coaches and facilitators should use this framework to create a workable problem where the innovator describes two products/services and defines their components. The innovator should then develop a business case as to which product to use for growth and define the proper perspective of use (adoption, traction, or scaling).
