The P2P-2 Methodology is a process that follows the core principle of vetting innovation through a tactical application [Vet-Value-Organize-Pivot-VVOP] using the Sandbox Canvas. The process emphasizes peer-to-peer and/or peer-to-provider activity as a part of starting the innovation journey with a vetting mechanism. These meta-principles should take place throughout the Innovator's Journey. The Sandbox Canvas leverages the Kanban Method to guide users and promote incremental change in innovation in three easy steps:
- Innovator communicates entrepreneurial intent and seeks input.
- Peer/Provider provides structured input.
- Record is created of captured dialogue specific to innovator intent.
.
Value Hypothesis: P2P-2 Methodology is a form of innovation-centered dialogue that assumes when innovators are in equitable and trusted relationships with multiple points of view they are likely to ideate & communicate at a faster rate. This a form of "dialogic innovation" where dialogue is central to gaining quality feedback from multiple points of view to form and communicate entrepreneurial intent.
