One of our goals within the Pivot.City Market Network is to have peers and providers to communicate how their internal and external ecosystems operate. We leverage the Pivot.City R.A.I.V.E. Test to orient Technical Assistance Providers and Technical Service Providers on effective strategies toward the development of a sustainable entrepreneurial social infrastructure. This is a two-step process of demonstration and education.
- <Ratings: #6> Using the Stack List, providers can provide ratings to demonstrate progress and completion of a mentor/working relationship as a part of third-party validation request.
- Task: Demonstrate how your current ecosystem rates progress.
- <Attestations: #1,2, & 3> Using Stack Assignments, Canvases, and the Sandbox, attestations can be tracked, trace, and shared are the cornerstone of Pivot.City. Our coring on a blockchain platform is a unique form of innovation accounting. (Test Part II, KYE Validation, Peer-To-Provider (Supplier).
- Task: Demonstrate how the knowledge proofs of your current ecosystem.
- <Interoperability: #5> Leveraging canvases within each Stack Assignment, we created the ability for a innovator-to-provider feedback loop to be expanded and shared on the platform at the discretion of the innovator. This creates a recorded chat/engagement record for innovation accounting.
- Task: Demonstrate how internal and external providers interact on behalf of SME.
- <Voting> Leveraging Web3 Tools. Pivot.City Proposals are authored by Validated Providers with a Pivot.City token in their digital wallets. All Pivot.City token holders are eligible to vote on proposals. Onboarding for Validated Providers includes: vetting by central authority, obtaining PoW accounts, and meeting vote threshold. Steps include: Get Validated; Earn Tokens; Digitally Sign <Validate> Proof of Work; Award Tokens; Submit/Vote Proof-of-Work Signatures; and Digitally Sign <Validate> Proposals. Note: Requires a Web3 digital wallet to participate in Engage-2-Earn Events.
- Task: Demonstrate a decentralized governance mechanism for your ecosystem.
- <Engagement: #3,5, & 6> Leveraging the canvases and the sandbox, we have created several templates to help providers and peers support entrepreneurs in a systematic way that promotes a common language across and between ecosystems. (Test Part I, Chat Loop, & Chat and Pivot)
- Task: Demonstrate how innovation accounting takes place in your ecosystem.
